Beginning the week of March 31, 2025, the front desk of our Fort Dodge outpatient office will be open during the following times: Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM *Please note that scheduled appointments and groups may fall outside of these hours.* These hours also do not affect residential, detox, or the UCS MAT Clinic.    Please call us at 515-576-7261 with any questions. 

UPDATE (March 19, 2025 @ 10:45 AM) Community & Family Resources' outpatient Fort Dodge and Webster City offices will close early at 12:00 PM noon on March 19, 2025, due to inclement weather.   Community & Family Resources' outpatient offices in Clarion and Humboldt will be closed on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Beginning March 3, 2025, temporary construction activities will begin at our Des Moines outpatient office that will last approximately two weeks. This work will occur along the perimeter of our property and we ask that all visitors exercise additional caution in these areas and around equipment. Please inform a staff member immediately of any safety concerns.
