Due to weather conditions, the evening IOP group at our Iowa City location is cancelled today, Wednesday, February 5th, 2025.

The next session of our STEPPS Group will begin on January 15, 2025 at our Ames office. If you or someone you know may be interested in this 24-week therapeutic program designed to help people experiencing symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder, please give us a call at 515-232-3206 or talk with your provider if you are already a CFR client. Our Ames office parking lot is being repaved, but we are still open and have accessible parking spaces for clients and visitors! Please enter through the MICA parking lot on SE 16th St. and park in the west section of the CFR parking lot.
